Rae Rae’s Bakery – Gluten Free Happiness in Billings & Whitefish, MT

Recently, I had to drive over to Billings, Montana for the day for a TSA Precheck Interview.  When I told my girls we were headed to Billings, their response was, “Yes!!!  We get to go to Rae Rae’s!!!”

Rae Rae’s Bakery is owned by a mother and daughter, Tina and Krista Stetson, who have gluten intolerance. They understand how difficult it can be to find good gluten free food, and more importantly know how to create divine gluten free goodies.  Ever since we discovered this dedicated organic, gluten free bakery, it has become a “must-visit-no-matter-what” place to stop and stock up on gluten free goodies.  We stock up, both for the long drive home, and for the days to come.   My kids pretty much drool over the bakery display case as they pick out their favorites…brownie bites, frosted sugar cookies, cupcakes, donuts, and our absolute favorite…Cinnamon Rolls!!!  Even my gluten-loving husband has to get two cinnamon rolls for himself, they’re just that good!  In addition to a wide variety of taste bud tempting treats, they sell several varieties of their own gluten free bread, breadsticks, and pizza crust.   They also have a full deli so you can order delicious sandwiches and salads.  Just to make it that much better, they also have dairy and egg free options available.

It’s the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack with a cup of their delicious coffee.  The coffee they serve comes straight from a local, family-owned coffee roasting company, Fieldheads Coffee Company, out of Bigfork, Montana.  Whether you are in Billings or Whitefish, whether you are gluten free or not, you are guaranteed to LOVE Rae Rae’s Bakery!!!
